Grange members proudly own the vintage Grange Hall since 1923! Members can rent the hall for their personal or business use at a preferential rate. The hall has the best dance floor in town, has an equipped kitchen, foldable tables and chairs for meetings, receptions, workshops and community activities., and even has a stage for a music band or a presentation. We house the Wood River Seed Library’s seed bank and seed vault, and provide a studio with a wooden floor and wall mirrors for Footlight Dance and Tai Chi classes. We give out scholarships to high school seniors, support the 4-H, cub scouts, Trailing of the Sheep and several other non-profits. We organize various community events and encourage our members to do community service. We foster local agriculture, local food economy and sustainable practices as well as gardening, seed saving, home cooking, sewing and other practical arts, and the spirit of family and community.
