Nate Twichell is a transplant to the Wood River Valley from New England originally, but has made the intermountain west his adult home. He has been living in the Wood River Valley since 2012. His professional background is in education and non-profit administration, most recently working as the Leader of Institutional Advancement at The Sage School. He holds a BS in Biology from St. Lawrence University and a Masters in Education from Teton Sciences Schools/Lesley University. His academic and professional interests center around how to make community and ecological systems stronger through systems-level thinking. He currently serves on the board of The Syringa Mountain School and is excited to continue to find ways to make our local community thrive. Nate enjoys adventuring in the Idaho outdoors with his wife, two daughters, and yellow lab Tulsi when not working.
