Portia is a holistic nutritionist, Intuitive Eating Psychology Coach and Plant Based Chef. She has created 5 recipe books, teaches wellness workshops, lectures on preventative health and has a line of products that are 100% gluten, dairy and refined sugar free using organic ingredients whenever possible. This includes dips & vegan cheeses, flaxseed crackers, specialty breads, ferments & elixirs, and decadent desserts. She hopes is to inspire people to eat well and live well through her online workshops and programs as well as her living foods workshops.
