Since 2010, Five Bee Hives has raised bees in the Wood River Valley to provide pollination along with fresh local honey to restaurants and stores in Ketchum, Hailey and Bellevue. Owner-beekeeper and Hailey resident Tom Harned strives to keep his honey as unchanged as possible by not filtering and using only small amounts of heat when extracting it from the comb and bottling.
