Sun Valley Institute for Resilience and our Food & Farm program, Local Food Alliance, are creating local harvest baskets to share the bounty of the season, celebrate the story of our food system with a virtual dinner and a movie night,  and raise money to support our work. These baskets feature a diversity of local products including squash soup and pear chutney prepared by Chef Esta Hornstein, fresh bread baked with Hillside Grain flour, Ballard Family cheese, pumpkin bread, cookies, local ginger beer, and a bottle of Sawtooth Winery wine.
